Both LG Arena and LG Renoir (known as KM900 and KC910 respectively) can impress the mobile user with their wide array of power walloped features. Let’s compare the features in offer for the users of these functional handsets.
Hardware
The black coloured LG Renoir is slightly larger and bulkier than the Arena. While the vital statistics of the KC910 are 107.8 x 55.9 x 14 mm, the silver casing of the LG KM900 measures 105.9 x 55.3 x 12 mm. The Renoir weighs 9 grams more than the Arena (105grams). The touch screens of both phones span 3inches on the face of the phone.
Software
The Capacitive touch screen technology utilized by the LG KM900 Arena provides superior tactile responsiveness than the resistive touch screen technology used by the LG Renoir. The KM900 claims a stand by of 300 hours in comparison to the 264 hours proffered by the LG KC910. The Arena supplies a talk time of 3 hours 50 minutes in contrast to the 3 hour talk time of the Renoir.
Multimedia Features
The LG KC910’s mind blowing 8 Mega pixel camera is endowed with manual/auto focus, xenon flash for bright photography, geotagging, face, and smile and blink detection, touch focus and image stabilization. The LG KM900, not being sold as a camera phone, has still managed to pack a 5 Mega pixel camera into its light frame. Enabled with auto focus the camera meets its purpose.
The LG Renoir and the Arena both have video recording abilities and a secondary video call camera. Both phones are endowed with video players that are compatible with Xvid, DivX, MPEG4, MP3 and AAC video formats. The FM radio attribute is imbued in both handsets, but the LG Arena steps ahead of the LG Renoir by supplying the FM transmitter facet to you so that you can share tunes on any radio.
The gamers’ tastes are not ignored by either the KC910 or the KM900; both feature gaming facility.
