Mobile industry is enduring its technology leadership with the introduction of technologically advanced handsets. These high-end feature packed handsets combine High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) technology – allowing high speed data rates of up to 1.8 Mbps, which is six times faster than 3G UMTS technology. Download heavy multimedia files or open emails – with HSDPA everything is possible.

Samsung has launched an ultra slim mobile phone, the Z560 that comes with HSDPA technology. The slim phone has a thickness depth of only 16mm, but it conceals all the advanced tools. Featuring an integrated 2.0 mega-pixel digital camera with autofocus, a VGA camera, dedicated music keys, 30MB of in-built memory and microSD external memory card – the Samsung Z560 allows you to shoot pictures, play music and offer enough rooms for storing music tracks, video clips and images.

The flip phone has a large 2.3 inch QVGA, 262k LCD screen – enabling you to view menus and applications with ease. Flip open and the phone offers a host of premium features and mobile services. When closed, the phone with dedicated music player lets you enjoy 3D stereo sound. The music player supports several music file formats including MP3, AAC, AAC+ and eAAC+. With light touch music control keys, you can control the music tunes. Simply glide your finger on the button, fast forward, rewind and stop.

The HSDPA enabled phone with 3.5G technology is more faster than the WCDMA 3G network. Now transferring data and browsing mobile internet have become more easier. My internet connection is via a T-Mobile branded 3G/4G USB modem which works fine. At the moment it is connected to an old ASUS laptop (running XP SP3) that does not have a built in wireless adapter. I also have an AirLive WLA-5200AP wireless access point (specs here; http://www.airlive.com/product/product_2.jsp?pcid=PC1214554004088). What I want to know is how to share the laptop's internet access via the wireless ap. Is such a thing even possible? The other computers I want to share with are an Acer Aspire One (XP), an Asus Eee (Debian) and MacBook (OS 10.5)

I'm generally fairly good with computers but what I know about networking and specifically wireless networking, could be written on the back of stamp.

Any help much appreciated.
